This section registers and handles requests, suggestions and issues sent by our customers and systems integrators. For optimal response-time, our department stays in permanent contact with the R&D team in order to continually monitor the release of patches and enhancements.

Online technical support is secured to ensure that only solution-users can:

  • Open online requests when our telephone support line is closed
  • Obtain request numbers. The status of current requests and previous request logs can then be monitored online
