The Staff&Line consulting team is devoted to the success of your project. Their objective is to enable you to get the most from your Staff&Line solution and fullfil your objectives as quickly as possible. Relying on over 17 years’ experience in IT Management (Asset management, Service Desk, Change management and inventory), Staff&Line has developed a process for implementing our solutions that has been tried and tested by over 3,300 customers worldwide.

Our consultants specialise in accompanying you throughout the different phases of your development project from defining the strategy to implementing the solution and providing support for any changes. The consulting team boasts considerable technological expertise and practical experience. Depending on the precise requirements of your project, we will select the consultant with the competencies required to accompany you throughout the different stages of solution deployment.

Technical support

Consultants and engineers, organised into three levels according to expertise, handle 20,000 requests per year.

  • Level 1 provides customers with an immediate response in 75% of cases.
  • Levels 2 and 3 handle more complex problems, linked to software malfunction or environment issues: client-server, network, operating system or telecoms. In this case, responses are provided within 48 hours on average. Level 3 is in permanent contact with the R&D team to monitor escalations and the release of patches and enhancements.

The Staff&Line support team uses EasyVista as their Service Desk software.

Online Technical Support

Online Technical Support is a secure zone which can be accessed by our solution users alone, allowing them to:

  • Open online incident requests when our telephone support line is closed.
  • Obtain incident numbers.

The status of current incidents and previous incident logs can then be monitored online, thus enabling users to:

  • Access Staff&Line’s online multilingual knowledge base
