EasyVista’s Global User Conference: First Stop – Orlando!

It’s almost that time! EV Connect, our annual customer conference, is kicking off the first leg of its world tour in beautiful Orlando, FL from October 10-12th. Once again, we’re bringing EasyVista customers, partners, and industry experts together to share their experiences and insights through collaborative discussions, technical trainings, and customer success stories.

The focus of EV Connect 2017 will be empowering enterprises to succeed with ITSM 2.0, the next generation of service management. Conference material will center around topics such as: user experience improvements, self-help capabilities, and integration with artificial intelligence tech. What’s new at EV Connect 2017

While EV Connect will continue to be the event that our customers know and love, we’ve also made several exciting updates and changes to look forward to  this year. Our number one request from previous attendees was for more advanced training sessions which we’ve added in the form of two separate learning tracks that span various skill levels. Check out the following list of what’s new for 2017:

• “Ask-the-Expert” tech lab – schedule an appointment to get dedicated time for technical advice from EasyVista experts.
• Advanced training sessions including administration and configuration-based topics such as EV best practices, ITIL foundations, integrations, advanced reporting, and building service apps.
• Multiple speakers including EV execs, developers, consultants, sales engineers, customers, partners and thought leaders.
• More sessions on EasyVista’s long-term vision, product roadmap overviews, and insights into ITSM challenges and trends.
