EasyVista Receives Top Product Scores in Gartner’s 2015 Critical Capabilities for IT Service Support Management Tools

New York, NY, September 22, 2015 – EasyVista today announced that Gartner, Inc., the leading provider of research and analysis on the global information technology industry, has given it Product Scores that were within the top 3 of all providers listed in the report with the highest scores in 3 of 4 use cases: Basic Maturity I&O, the Digital Workplace ITSSM, and Intermediate Maturity I&O.

The Critical Capabilities for IT Service Support Management Tools, published August 25, 2015, presented a number of specific findings, including: “Vendors try to sell IT service support management products to infrastructure and operations leaders based on the size of their organizations; however, I&O maturity is the key factor when selecting a suitable tool,” according to the report.
