Lync / Skype for Business Integration Connector
#1
Bug
Hello all,

I am looking for one or two EasyVista Customer using Service Manager who also have Lync / Skype for Business deployed and would like to achieve some level of integration between the two tools. This is very early days and there is still work to be done before a final product can be released but if you are interested please leave a comment on this thread and I will contact you to discuss further.

For the moment I will be limiting this to US customers only (sorry ROTW Sad)

Thanks!

Hi,

We have EasyVista and are looking to integrate with Skype for Business or Slack.  Is there any previous request to do so?  if not,  is there a plan to integrate an collaboration tool that can be easily integrated?

Please feel free to contact me with any suggestions @ tdriscoll@ap.org.

Thanks,

We're listening too lol. We are going O365 in the next 6 months so this will be interesting to see what kind of integration can be achieved.

Hi Andrew,
We use SfB as well as our contact center app is a SfB add-in, so Cardno would be very interested in some formal integration.
We would be available to help/test in any way.

Thank you.

Hi Andrew

We are in the process of migrating to Office 365. I believe that we've migrated somewhere in the neighborhood of 100 folks to 365 as of this past week. The full migration plan is still TBD pending some small issues that are in the process of being worked out.

I think we have spoken about this before, not only would we like to integrate Skype for Business with EV, but if possible Teams as well..(at some point).

Thanks

Any update on this? We are in the process of migrating to Outlook and will be wanting to take advantage of skype integration. EV Connect 2016 also showed off bot functionality thru slack that was also said to be coming to skype with EV.

The last link is to a drafts page and takes me to a login screen. Anything around Skype for Business? I know there are differences between the two programs (got to love microsoft)

I modified 2nd url => thanks.

For EVSA/MS Skype For Business Integration, unfortunately it looks like Microsoft didn’t include an easy to use plugin as there is with Skype Classic…
For EVSM/MS Skype For Business Integration, technology/product changed compared to MS lync… We are looking at the best/easiest way to perform such integration

Stay tuned. I note that you are interested in such integration and ready to move/help in case we come up with a solution…
