Ratio of tickets created via Service Apps

Hello,
With the Phosphorus version of ev|Service Apps (and the associated ev|Service Manager patch), it has become possible to distinguish the tool used to create a ticket. The information is stored in SD_REQUEST.ORIGIN_TOOL_ID
If you use both ev|Service Apps and ev|Service Manager, it can be interesting to start computing KPIs like the ratio of incidents (service requests) created via a specific tool.
You'll have a trend in no time!
