New Tab in Internet Explorer v11 is not working

Hey,
Can someone provide me some insights why new tab on a browser for EasyVista cannot work? It is useful to open all concerned tickets and close it one by one after working on it.

Hi Ken,

I know for sure you should be able to open multiple browser tabs for EV since I have 3 going as I type this! However, I am using Chrome. You may want to check with your EV administrator (if that isn't you) to make sure the parameter is set correctly at Administration --> Parameters --> Other Parameters.

If all seems properly configured then a ticket with Technical Support is the next step.
