Licenses “by processor” or “by core”
#1
(v2014.1.248.1)
Anybody has been able to manage in Easyvista licenses “by processor” or “by core”?

We are trying to, with no success:
-         Registered in the software catalog a new software with “by processor” license type.
-         Registered in the licenses inventory a new license to be used with the software licensed “by processor”
-         Updated on an equipment “processors” tab the processors to 2
-         Added to the equipment “Installed software” tab the software licensed by “processor”

PROBLEM: the Easyvista wiky/manuals referred report “Control of Server Licenses” (to show the comparison between the number of licenses and the number of processors where the software has been installed), shows the license created but with no value on the “Installed servers” CPUs or Cores columns L

Any tip/idea/help to make it work?

Hello,
I've find the problem
Added to the equipment “Installed software” "Licence" tab the software licensed by “processor”
