Today, Wiki updated with integration between Tawk.to & EVSM.

Hi Jerome,

The Tawt.to Integration update is interesting, showing how Chats can now be used to create jobs in Service Manager automatically via email.

From the screenshots, it seems that all the chats are logged against the Tawk.to account, and not for who is leaving the chat message.
Is there any way this can be matched against existing Employees and create these jobs in their name?

Hi Wayne,
In the currrent Tawk.to version it is not possible to use parameters to get in EVSM the name of the connected user to the live chat, in case users registered to chat with representatives, what may be not always the case.
