Announcing: EasyVista Sustains Mobile-First Service Management Leadership in the Digital Workplace with Newest Innovations

Today EasyVista announced the newest innovations enhancing ITSM in the Digital Workplace

Let’s face it—traditional ITSM is not cutting it anymore. With mobile technologies on the rise for productivity at work, users are expecting more from enterprise IT organizations now than they did just a few years ago. Technology in our personal lives has set the bar for what users expect at work—easy-to-use apps and self-service portals to get work done on any mobile device at any time. What this means today is that ITSM vendors must deliver best-of-breed service capabilities via mobile devices to meet the newest ITSM mandate–enterprise mobility in the emerging Digital Workplace.

Announced today are new capabilities that promote accuracy, ease-of-use, compliance and enhanced mobility features for enterprise companies. These new innovations automate processes to reduce human error, provide more powerful reporting options, and add more advanced verifications and approvals.

EasyVista ITSM for the DIgital Workplace“Our IT customers rely on world-class ITSM to run their operations, but today traditional ITSM capabilities are not enough in the mobile workplace,” explained Jamal Labed, COO of EasyVista. “They have a new mandate to deliver services to their users on their mobile devices. That doesn’t happen by trying to shove a website portal into a mobile phone. A true consumer-like mobile experience r
equires customized service applications that support mobile-first capabilities.”

Organizations are finding that they are able to deliver real business value by meeting modern user needs and enabling a Digital Workplace. EasyVista is constantly adding new features and capabilities to its mobile-first service management system to better arm global workforces with the functionalities they require to thrive.

Today we announced new innovations to the EasyVista platform that will promote accuracy, ease of use, compliance, and enhanced mobility features in our press release: EasyVista Sustains Mobile-First Service Management Leadership in the Digital Workplace with Newest Innovations.

EasyVista’s new capabilities include:

  • Intelligent Forms – Increases accuracy, automation and compliance by eliminating customer errors made on mobile screens through validations that the value entered makes logical sense based upon previously entered data.
  • Support for Hand Signatures – Automates security and verification for a mobile workforce by allowing a simple finger or mouse drawn signature directly on any mobile or tablet device.
  • Controlled Reporting Access – Enhances power, control, compliance and security assurance by enabling group-based or individual-based report access.
