David’s Bridal Goes Mobile-first with EasyVista Service Management

The 2016 wedding season is upon us, making it the perfect time to announce that David’s Bridal has selected EasyVista as its Service Management Solution Provider, joining a global community, 1,000+ strong, of EasyVista customers. Our mobile-first service management platform will help the retailer simplify and automate service delivery processes—for both employees and managers—via purposeful end user service apps.

As the largest bridal retailer in the country, it’s no surprise that David’s Bridal chose the only mobile-first platform to enable service delivery to its 8,000+ employees across 300+ stores. “Retail is 100% about the stores, always has been, always will be,” said Kevin Coppins, General Manager Americas, EasyVista. “Understanding that urgency, and being able to connect store employees, working on mobile devices, with the corporate services they need easily and effectively, can make a huge impact on productivity, staff satisfaction and sales.”

We’re truly honored to be partnering with such an iconic organization as they roll out an innovative system of mobile devices along with our Service Apps technology. We’ve had a great start to the initiative with our valued partner VerisVisalign, experts in ITIL and process optimization, who worked with us and David’s Bridal to define processes. We look forward to working with them in the coming weeks to roll out the solution so David’s Bridal employees have easy-to-use, one-click access to the information and services they need.
