EasyVista Earns High Performer Status from G2 Crowd Customer Reviews

The reviews are in and the customers have spoken! Once again, EasyVista has been named a “High Performer” by G2 Crowd in the recently released Spring 2016 edition of its Service Desk Grid℠ Report. This is particularly gratifying because the source of the ratings are the industry's IT customer themselves. You could say that G2 Crowd is the “Yelp” of the high tech world. More exciting is that our position has actually risen within the High Performer quadrant compared to the previous Summer 2015 Grid, outpacing nearly all other providers. Our significant increase in both market presence and customer satisfaction show that enterprise buyers are continuing to embrace EasyVista’s mobile-first approach to service management.

The Spring 2016 Service Desk report and Grid was based on over 485 reviews and includes 18 products of the 48 that are listed in G2 Crowd’s Service Desk category.

Over the last year, we’ve built a thriving online customer community called EV Connect, and kicked off annual EV Connect Meetings in regions around the world where customers, partners, and EasyVista employees can come together to network, share, and learn. We also launched our EV Trust Site to provide customers with transparency into system uptimes and activity.   • Market presence increased by seven points.
