You know you’re doing something right when attendance for your annual user conference more than doubles! EasyVista employees, customers, and partners are once again taking over the French Quarter in New Orleans for EV Connect 2016 (October 10-12). And this year, we have twice the number of excited customers ready to explore how EasyVista’s innovations in service management and mobility can help them further achieve their ITSM goals. EV Connect: Network, Share, & Learn
At EV Connect, customers, partners, and the EV team arrive from all over the world to network, share, and learn. It’s a place where ITSM professionals can explore the latest best practices and trends, while learning about new ways to overcome their challenges. The three day agenda includes EasyVista updates, product innovations and roadmaps, demonstrations, customer success stories, and the partner solution showcase. On day three we hold a full day of hands-on technical labs and simulations. This workshop part of the agenda allows participants to:
- Raise their service management game with EasyVista Service Manager. EasyVista’s subject matter experts will teach advanced best practices for incident management, knowledge management, change management, report building, process automation and email integration.
- Try EasyVista’s ServiceApps. They will learn how fast and easy it is to build and deploy service management apps without a line of code.
- Practice and experience the basic concepts offered in ITIL with Control-IT Simulation sponsored by Flycast Partners.
All That Jazz
Now, it wouldn’t be EV Connect if the conference was all work and no play. Not to mention we’re in one of the biggest party cities known to man! In fact, Last night we kicked off the festivities with a night out on Bourbon Street at The World Famous Cats Meow karaoke bar. Additionally, event sponsors, including EasyVista’s key partners Flycast Partners, Navvia, FMX Solutions, Synergy ITSM, Scalable Software, and VerisVisalign, will be hosting dine-arounds tonight so attendees can experience some of the delicious local cuisine.
