The EasyVista Tech Lab is Back for EV Connect!
EasyVista is pleased to announce that the Tech Lab will be offered again during EV Connect 2019 in Austin. It is our pleasure to offer you a complimentary 45-minute one-on-one session with a senior EasyVista professional services consultant or senior technical support analyst during the conference. Registration is on a first-come-first-served basis with some walk-in slots available.
What is available in a one-on-one session?
One-on-one guidance on most EasyVista design and configuration topics. Some examples include:
- How can I get started using Service Apps?
- How do I create a Self Help knowledge flow to do X?
- How can I create a Service Manager report to do x?
- How can I apply EasyVista best practice templates?
- How do I utilize the EasyVista API?
- How can I do "X" with a business rule?
Act fast! These sessions were completely booked last year. If you are interested in scheduling a one-on-one session with an EasyVista expert, please fill out the form by Monday, September 16.
