This version of the enterprise ITSM software features a host of new and advanced capabilities that enable consistent ITIL implementation, improve efficiencies and speed implementation and the decision-making process. The key functions of the EasyVista iPhone application include real-time monitoring of incidents and change requests being processed; live status of incidents and change requests, per item; and the contact details of the requestor.
