Mr. Coppins brings with him more than two decades of senior leadership in sales, customer satisfaction, supply chain management and business process re-engineering. In his new role, Mr. Coppins will have direct responsibility for all North American customer-facing departments including sales, professional services and customer support.

In his role, Mr. Coppins will be responsible for managing strategy and growth of the company in the US and Canada. His primary focus will be accelerating growth of EasyVista’s awareness and brand presence while firmly establishing Easy Vista's Enterprise Apps Store solution as the leader in new generation of ITSM & beyond solutions.

Most recently, Mr. Coppins was Geography Vice President, North American Sales for Meru Networks where his team sold, delivered and managed some of the largest and most complex wireless networks in the world. Prior to Meru, he served as Vice President of Sales, Identity and Security Management for Novell, Inc. capping a 12 year career with the enterprise software pioneer.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in marketing from Pennsylvania State University, a Masters of Business Administration from Loyola University New Orleans, and a Certificate of Professional Development from The Wharton School of Business.
