EasyVista Expands Global Leadership to Support Growth and Increased Demand

Continues Successful Adoption of SaaS Solutions across Global IT Enterprises

New York, NY – October 25, 2011 -  EasyVista Inc., member of the Staff&Line Group, a global SaaS IT Service and Asset Management leader, strengthens its management team to support increased demand for its SaaS solutions as reflected by quarterly growth rate of 35% over the past two years. With this expanded executive leadership, EasyVista is able to further accelerate its market share and meet the needs of global IT organizations as they continue to move to EasyVista SaaS and cloud solutions.

“In response to increasing demand for our SaaS expertise in IT Service and Asset management solutions, EasyVista has met with significant success achieving 45% year over year growth in SaaS backlog in the third quarter,” said Sylvain Gauthier, Staff & Line Group, chief executive officer.  “In support of this increased demand, we strengthened our leadership team to drive our aggressive expansion in North America and manage our continued success in Europe.”

Beyond his role as chief operating officer, Jamal Labed will lead North America responsible for operations, strategic partnerships and customer success. A graduate of ESC Rouen, Labed founded SIGHT International, a personal computer training company in 1987 which he sold in 1990.  Labed went on to start Echo Soft Technologies, specializing in Oracle DBMS tool optimization, which was sold two years later to Computer Associates.  In 1988, he co-founded EasyVista (Staff&Line) with Sylvain Gauthier, now a global provider of SaaS IT service and asset management solutions. Labed is also a founding member and Vice-President of AFDEL, the French national software association.

Valerie Brodie joined EasyVista in 2011, in the role of SVP Global Marketing, responsible for marketing strategy, direction and, execution. Brodie brings more than 18 years executive leadership in advanced technologies, software and SaaS industries holding a number of leadership roles in strategic development, marketing, and operational management for companies including Nuko Information Systems, Epicor Software, Computer Generated Solutions and LexisNexis. Brodie holds an MBA from the University of the Colorado.

Gildas Leroy promoted to VP EMEA Operations, will take over the responsibilities for European commercial operations. . A graduate of OCHS of Angers, School of Engineering, Leroy started his career at American Publisher Object Design Inc. In 1999 Leroy joined Staff&Line as Pre-Sales Manager. Appointed to Business Development Manager in 2002, Leroy managed enterprise accounts and the development of strategic partnerships. From 1995, Leroy in the role of Managing Director for France,led the successful commercial launch of EasyVista SaaS solutions and the adoption of SaaS and cloud platforms by enterprise and public sector customers in France.

Cédric Cibot-Voisin a graduate of EECS, with deep expertise in the IT industry,  joins the company  in the role of head of commercial operations in France.  Prior to joining Staff & Line, Cibot-Voisin held various management positions with Computer Associates, Seagate Software and FrontRange Solutions, where he was most recently Director-General, France.
