Market Commentators, the ITSM Review and Netskope, add weight to EasyVista’s Prominent Position on the Gartner IT Service & Support Management (ITSSM) Magic Quadrant.
New York, October 31st, 2013 - From the start of 2013 EasyVista has enjoyed significant recognition from leading industry groups. In January Ovum described EasyVista as “a flexible IT service management solution with high availability,” adding. “EasyVista is established as a key vendor in the competitive ITSM software landscape.” A month on, EasyVista became the first ITSM solution to be certified for 11 processes, of the significantly more rigorous, ITIL version 2011, through Pink Elephant’s toolset accreditation, PinkVerify. By the summer the Company was also well placed on the Gartner Magic Quadrant for ITSSM, indicative of EasyVista being the most pragmatic and ‘Easy’ to use pure web-based solution on the market.
Now, in the fall of 2013, two further reports add to EasyVista’s growing reputation. In September, the ITSM Review’s Knowledge Management Group Test, conducted by Barclay Rae, found EasyVista to be an excellent option for integrated Knowledge Management for mid-market and enterprise organizations.
“The technology review was a timely one as it provided us with the opportunity of addressing a perceived weakness from the Magic Quadrant,” said Andrew White, General Manager (Americas) at EasyVista. “The review concluded that EasyVista’s knowledge management capabilities provide good functionality and meet all stated requirements (validated by PinkVerify) to deliver seamlessly across our ITSM product set.”
“Equally significant is the recognition the Netskope Cloud Report gives EasyVista”, continued White. “This new quarterly report focuses on the capability of EasyVista to provide fully available Cloud solutions, backed by the correct infrastructure. Significantly in the ITSM solution space no other provider was within the top 10.”
The Netskope Report calculates a Cloud Confidence Index (CCI) based upon an assessment of a provider’s enterprise readiness and the capabilities of its cloud applications. EasyVista was ranked 5th in a top 10 which had Salesforce first and Amazon Web Services fourth. With so much debate around data residency, receiving an independent endorsement, for its investment in its worldwide data and cloud management centers, is further evidence of EasyVista’s commitment to deliver secure high availability solutions.
