Company performance reflects customer demand for intelligent service automation solutions

NEW YORK – August 29, 2019 – EasyVista Inc., a leading provider of intelligent service automation solutions including ITSM and Self Help, recently announced company results for its H1, which ended on June 30, 2019. EasyVista experienced continued global growth throughout the first half of 2019, reporting a strong 28% growth in recurring revenue over the same period in 2018.

“The first half of 2019 has once again highlighted the leading role EasyVista has played in our customers’ digital transformation efforts,” said Sylvain Gauthier, co-founder and CEO of EasyVista. “The business value of automating digital experiences to better engage employees and connect with customers leveraging our Self Help and ITSM tools is central to digital transformation success and allows us to solidify ourselves as a major global intelligent service automation player for both the enterprise and mid-sized companies.”

Throughout its H1, EasyVista reaffirmed its success in the public sector by gaining a significant number of new customers, highlighted by the company’s new relationship with the United Nations (UN) as part of its World Food Program framework. In addition, in the private sector, EasyVista continued success by adding a several new customers.

EasyVista’s prospects remain positive for the second half of the year, driven by the success of its expanded solution offerings and the rapidly evolving ITSM market. In particular, the company will continue to capitalize on the success of its Self Help solution, which offers substantial cost savings and productivity gains for support services through automating digital-first self-service channels.

Looking ahead to its EV Connect 2019 events in the fall, EasyVista will present its service automation technologies, and notably its advances in AI and the virtual agent solution, to audiences across the globe.
