New York, 18th July 2023 - EasyVista, one of the leading providers of ITSM and ITOM solutions, announces the arrival of Jim Cumella as the new North America Chief Revenue Officer— another critical change led by CEO Patrice Barbedette. This news comes shortly after announcing the promotion of former North America CRO, Evan Carlson, as the new COO.
Jim Cumella joins EasyVista with 20+ years of Enterprise Software and SaaS experience building and leading go-to-market teams—with direct, channel, and hybrid sales models. Jim’s notable background includes previous CRO roles with both Cherwell Software, which was acquired by Ivanti (where he then managed Ivanti’s ESM business), and Stratasan, where he led the acquisition by Syntellis. Patrice Barbedette, EasyVista’s CEO adds, “Jim knows how to steer a company in the right direction—there are plenty of stats to back him up. I’m excited to see what changes he implements and how the business grows under his leadership as CRO.”
Cumella is a highly disciplined strategic executive who inspires loyalty and develops high-performing teams to drive alignment with go-to-market strategy and achieves positive ARR results.
He is eager to join EasyVista to “finish what he started” during his Cherwell/Ivanti days—leading the ISTM market in the medium-large enterprise segment.
