EasyVista Jumpstart Deployment Speeds Cloud Adoption

As EasyVista increases its Cloud business by over 60%. Customers confirm the rapid deployment methodology is a true value proposition, further proving a low administration overhead

EasyVista Inc. (www.easyvista.com), a global leader in cloud-based IT Service and Asset Management solutions, confirms its Jumpstart deployment model quickly demonstrates to customers that its solutions deliver the low-cost, low-administration advantage promised by competing vendors.

Organizations want solutions to support ‘New IT’ services and increase the productivity of mobile, remote and global workforces. Equally, cost reductions will feature within the decision-making process, as capital costs for perpetual on-premise licenses switch to the operational expenditure of a Cloud subscription model, paid over a minimum three year term. Investment is spread against cash-flow and further savings are derived from hardware and system administration as IT is freed to concentrate on other business critical requirements.

Organizations no longer expect lengthy and expensive implementation cycles and EasyVista recognize this. Jumpstart is a pragmatic project methodology designed to put the customer in charge of the project. A Jumpstart implementation project is effectively owned and configured by the customer with the assistance of EasyVista professional services.

The methodology does not lose sight of Prince2 principles and documentation. Jumpstart adheres to the cycle of Design, Transition and Operation, however, unlike turnkey implementations, administration training is delivered up-front and system configuration thereafter is completed by the customer. This approach is a simple reality of how intuitive EasyVista’s codeless framework is.

“With over 4 Million connections to the platform, EasyVista is today, arguably, the world’s second largest Cloud ITSM Company.  Our failsafe architecture delivers a great service to all EasyVista customers and their end-users. Jumpstart, is just another example of how EasyVista gives control quickly to the customer’, commented Andrew White, EVP and GM (Americas), EasyVista.  ‘By providing training early in the project and assistance to configure incident and request management and the Self-Service Portal, the customer is set. EasyVista NEO provides a highly adaptive codeless design environment that needs no more than Jumpstart for an ITSM-savvy Administrator to start building and realizing additional support processes – no programming or JavaScript skills needed.”

Jumpstart is never a compelling reason for selecting EasyVista but it is a concluding one as it ensures an organization’s total investment is kept to a minimum. “The time to production was exceptionally fast’, observed Scott McKinley, VP of Technical Support and Business Development at One Touch Direct. “EasyVista is simple to configure and many of the configurations were done by our staff after receiving training from EasyVista.”

In instances where customers cannot spare the administration resource EasyVista will lay-out a turnkey project scope, led by its own implementation consultants.
