Jamal Labed co-founded EasyVista (formerly Staff & Line Group) in 1988 and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer. As COO, Mr. Labed leads EasyVista’s business operations and drives its corporate & international strategy. Prior to EasyVista, he founded SIGHT International and Echo Soft Technologies, specializing in optimization tools for Oracle RDBM, which he sold to Platinum Technology (later Computer Associates). Jamal Labed was President of Tech in France from 2012 to 2016 (formerly AFDEL), The Association of Software and Internet Solution Publishers of France with more than 350 members. He has been named Ambassador for the French Tech Diversity program, a program for entrepreneurs, to promote social diversity.

John Prestridge joined EasyVista in 2017 and serves as Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of North America. He is responsible for corporate brand, corporate communications, integrated marketing, and product marketing worldwide. In addition, he is responsible for all North America operations including sales, customer experience, channel, and business development. Mr. Prestridge brings 20 years of experience in the ITSM industry to support the company’s growth, international expansion and EasyVista’s positioning as the leading provider of ITSM 2.0 solutions for the digital workplace. Mr. Prestridge joins EasyVista following sales and marketing leadership roles in several organizations including SunView Software, Citrix Systems, and Sequoia Software (acquired by Citrix).

In this role, Evan is responsible for growth strategies focusing on new customer acquisition, existing customer expansion, and partner enablement. He specializes in innovative strategies that ensure customer success and empower highly motivated sales teams. Evan establishes long-term customer relationships and takes pride in developing talent, he continuously leads North America to exceptional sales growth and shareholder value. In addition, Evan remains actively involved in IT industry organizations, such as HDI, where he started the Rhode Island Local Chapter and currently holds a VP of Content Relations role. Before EasyVista, Evan held leadership roles for high-tech organizations including OPNET, Optinuity and Visual Networks.

Mark Shell is Vice President of Customer Experience at EasyVista, with responsibility for Customer Success, Professional Services, and Technical Support in North America. He has over twenty years of experience developing and leading high performing global teams. Prior to joining EasyVista, Mark developed and managed service and support solutions at several high-tech companies and chaired a team of senior services executives responsible for a new worldwide support strategy, resulting in the company opening its first regional support center in Beijing, China.
