Sylvain Gauthier founded EasyVista (formerly Staff & Line Group) in 1988 and currently serves as EasyVista’s Chief Executive Officer. As CEO, Mr. Gauthier leads the overall management and business strategy of EasyVista Prior to EasyVista, he founded furnishing company Vibel in 1986.

Jamal Labed co-founded EasyVista (formerly Staff & Line Group) in 1988 and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer. As COO, Mr. Labed leads EasyVista’s business operations and drives its corporate & international strategy. Prior to EasyVista, he founded SIGHT International and Echo Soft Technologies, specializing in optimization tools for Oracle RDBM, which he sold to Platinum Technology (later Computer Associates). Jamal Labed was President of Tech in France from 2012 to 2016 (formerly AFDEL), The Association of Software and Internet Solution Publishers of France with more than 350 members. He has been named Ambassador for the French Tech Diversity program, a program for entrepreneurs, to promote social diversity.

Nancy Louisnord is the Chief Marketing Officer of EasyVista, responsible for the company’s global and regional marketing programs and product marketing strategy. She has more than 14 years of global leadership experience in the ITSM software industry, bringing numerous software companies into new markets. She is a sought-after presenter at conferences and contributor to several leading industry publications. Before joining EasyVista, Louisnord served in leadership roles with TOPdesk and Daffodil Consulting. In addition to her expansive experience in the B2B software industry, she has a proven record of creating and executing digital marketing strategies and improving the customer service experience.

Vincent Migayrou joined EasyVista in 2016 to support the growth of the company, especially internationally. With over 30 year experience as CFO for large IT companies (SAP, CGI, Open Text) and fast growth IT businesses (Bewan, Alter Way) funded by VC’s. He holds a MBA from ISG of Paris and postgraduate in financial strategy at CNAM Paris.

Jean-Daniel Touly is the Chief Technical Officer at EasyVista. He leads engineering initiatives and oversees EasyVista’s SaaS strategy. Prior to transitioning to the CTO leadership position, Jean-Daniel worked his way through the ranks at EasyVista. Working in Engineering, Quality Assurance and Customer Service. In 2000, Jean-Daniel Touly took on his current position as Chief Technical Officer.

Philippe Franck joined EasyVista in 1995 and currently leads the company's product management department. In his role, Philippe is responsible for building the EasyVista product portfolio, as well as the accompanying EasyVista product releases. Prior to this, Philippe worked as a project manager implementing service management projects for various top EasyVista customers in Europe. Philippe is an active ITIL contributor and earned a Master of Science in Management at the Bordeaux Management School (Now KEDGE Business School).

Evan Carlson joined EasyVista in 2010 as the first employee in North America. He is currently the Chief Revenue Officer responsible for revenue growth and profitability across marketing, sales, services, support and customer success. Evan previously served as VP of Sales at EasyVista to establish and grow the business with empowered teams, innovative sales strategies, and long-term customer relationships. Before EasyVista, Evan held leadership roles for technology vendors including OPNET, Optinuity (acquired by CA Technologies), and Visual Networks (acquired by Danaher Corporation).

Tony Steiner joined EasyVista in 2018 as the Senior Director of Customer Service and Support. Tony is an IT & Operations veteran with 20+ years of day-to-day operational experience who achieves organizational transformation through process excellence, measurement and maturity. He is a strong customer advocate and is committed to delivering value by supporting the customer’s needs and aligning them with business strategy. Tony also serves as EasyVista’s Security Officer for North America. Prior to EasyVista, Tony was the Global Director of ITSM Tools and Enterprise Monitoring for Western Union.
Director of Professional Services, North AmericaRead Bio
Andrew Reynolds joined EasyVista in 2013. He is currently serving as Director of Professional Services responsible for successful EasyVista solution delivery across the customer base, optimizing overall services efficiency and developing new product services offerings. Andrew previously served as Senior Manager of Professional Services & Support where he oversaw the development, implementation and training of ITSM and Self Help solutions designed to meet complex customer requirements. Before EasyVista, Andrew held multiple roles at the ITSM software company, Hornbill, with whom he spearheaded their expansion and growth into the North American market.
Director of Sales, North AmericaRead Bio
Paul Martin joined the EasyVista team in 2019. He currently serves as the Director of Sales for North America. Paul is responsible for leading the sales organization, along with driving revenue growth and profitability across EasyVista’s diverse product offerings. Originally from Indiana, Paul relocated to Florida where he previously served as the Director of Sales for Tampa-based mobile resource software company, Actsoft, Inc., Paul brings over 15 years of business sales experience to the EasyVista leadership team.
