Jamal Labed co-founded EasyVista (formerly Staff & Line Group) in 1988 and currently serves as Chief Operating Officer. As COO, Mr. Labed leads EasyVista’s business operations and drives its corporate & international strategy. Prior to EasyVisa, he founded SIGHT International and Echo Soft Technologies, specializing in optimization tools for Oracle RDBM, which he sold to Platinum Technology (later Computer Associates). Jamal Labed was President of Tech in France from 2012 to 2016 (formerly AFDEL), The Association of Software and Internet Solution Publishers of France with more than 350 members. He has been named Ambassador for the French Tech Diversity program, a program for entrepreneurs, to promote social diversity.

John Prestridge joined EasyVista in 2017 and serves as Chief Marketing Officer and Senior Vice President of North America. He is responsible for corporate brand, corporate communications, integrated marketing, and product marketing worldwide. In addition, he is responsible for all North America operations including sales, customer experience, channel, and business development. Mr. Prestridge brings 20 years of experience in the ITSM industry to support the company’s growth, international expansion and EasyVista’s positioning as the leading provider of ITSM 2.0 solutions for the digital workplace. Mr. Prestridge joins EasyVista following sales and marketing leadership roles in several organizations including SunView Software, Citrix Systems, and Sequoia Software (acquired by Citrix).

Frédéric Pierresteguy joined EasyVista in 2017 as Vice President of EMEA. He aims to improve execution in countries where EasyVista is already very present and expand its business in Europe. He is actively participating in the implementation of a new aggressive business strategy in Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, aimed at accelerating the already fast-paced growth of the company in this region.
Frédéric Pierresteguy has more than 25 years of experience in IT and especially in ITSM. Frédéric graduated as a software engineer, starting his career with Bull in 1990 where he spent 8 years in various technical positions. In 1998, he moved into a sales position with Legato Systems, a backup software company which was acquired by Dell / EMC. He built and developed Altiris, Symantec’s subsidiary in France, and then took over the position of Vice President of the Southern Europe region at LANDESK for more than 12 years before coming to EasyVista.

Al Crews comes to EasyVista with more than 20 years of enterprise software sales leadership experience. He spent the last 5 years at ServiceNow, where he built and developed a region from fewer than 20 customers to well over 150. During Al’s tenure, his team landed the first 7 figure annual spend customer in the region’s history, and developed over a dozen accounts to comparable status. Prior to ServiceNow, Al held VP roles at both the Americas and Global level for Avocent Corp where he achieved revenue targets up to $300M. His earlier career saw a series of progressive sales leadership roles at VERITAS Software and Symantec.

Mark Shell is Vice President of Customer Experience at EasyVista, with responsibility for Customer Success, Professional Services, and Technical Support in North America. He has over twenty years of experience developing and leading high performing global teams. Prior to joining EasyVista, Mark developed and managed service and support solutions at several high-tech companies and chaired a team of senior services executives responsible for a new worldwide support strategy, resulting in the company opening its first regional support center in Beijing, China.

Evan Carlson joined EasyVista in 2010 to establish the North American business and currently serves as the VP of Business Development & Strategy. In this role, Evan is responsible for growth strategies focusing on new customer acquisition, existing customer expansion, and partner enablement. He specializes in innovative strategies that ensure customer success and empower highly motivated sales teams. Evan establishes long-term customer relationships and takes pride in developing talent, he continuously leads North America to exceptional sales growth and shareholder value. In addition, Evan remains actively involved in IT industry organizations, such as HDI, where he started the Rhode Island Local Chapter and currently holds a VP of Content Relations role. Before EasyVista, Evan held leadership roles for high-tech organizations including OPNET, Optinuity and Visual Networks.
