New-York (April, 2023) - EasyVista, a leading end-to-end service experience platform provider, today announced the release of their 2023.2 product version, which incorporates significant innovations and enhancements to the platform's capabilities. The 2023.2 release offers a sustainable end-to-end IT Services experience for I&O leaders that includes faster ticket detection and remediation, and Green IT solutions with enhanced collaboration.
"We are proud to release the 2023.2 version of our platform that builds on our promise to provide end-to-end service experience solutions for our customers," said Patrice Barbedette, Chief Executive Officer of EasyVista. "Our focus on IT and combining the superpowers of ITSM and ITOM has allowed us to prevent future incidents, facilitate and accelerate incident resolution, and improve cost efficiency, while also increasing the pace of tech adoption. With our added Green IT sustainability features, we are also enabling our customers to simultaneously reduce their carbon footprint and energy costs."
The 2023.2 release includes enhanced and expanded support of XLAs (Experience Level Agreements) -- critical to organizations looking to improve their service experience. XLAs enable organizations to track the perception of the quality of service by measuring users’ feelings regarding the consumption of IT services. Gaps between SLAs and XLAs allow IT teams to identify underlying problems and begin to anticipate the occurrence of incidents.
"In the 2023.2 release, we have added new Green IT sustainability features that make it easy for our customers to reduce their carbon footprint and contribute to a more sustainable world," said Michaël Cohen, Chief Technology & Product Officer at EasyVista. "As sustainability becomes a more significant concern for companies, we believe it is our responsibility to provide features that help our customers reduce their impact on the environment, while also benefiting from reduced operating costs. We are excited about the value this will bring to our customers and the world."
The 2023.2 product release further cements EasyVista's position as a leader in the IT Service Management and Operations space and highlights their commitment to making a positive impact on the environment.
