That’s a wrap on EV Connect 2021! This year’s theme was “Level Up” and the event was focused on helping customers “Level Up” through proactive and predictive service management. The conference took place in a virtual format in the U.S., France, Spain, Italy, and Portugal so that attendees could safely meet from the comfort of their own homes and offices.
EV Connect aims to help customers network with other like-minded EasyVista peers, share their success stories and challenges, and learn through hands-on training with EV experts. With customized formats for each country, the event was a huge success with a record number of registrants and attendees, who provided positive feedback from attendees around the world despite the event being completely virtual. Read on to learn more about the event.
Level Up with EasyVista
This year, EasyVista was proud to include a keynote session with our executive team, including our new global Chief Revenue Officer, Patrice Barbedette, as well as our CEO and company co-founder Sylvain Gauthier, and COO and co-founder Jamal Labed. The keynote also featured product updates, customer testimonials, and information about EasyVista’s expanded product offerings: Goverlan Reach and ServiceNav.
In the U.S., following the keynote address attendees were invited to choose one of two tracks with breakout sessions that featured customer use cases, technical training, and innovation through one-on-one guidance with EasyVista experts.
Attendees also had the opportunity to learn about the latest EasyVista tools and technologies to level up service delivery including ITSM, micro apps, intelligent knowledge management, self-help, virtual agents, AI, and more. Additionally, this year, attendees had the opportunity to learn about the newest additions to the EasyVista family: Goverlan and ServiceNav.
To refresh your memory, Goverlan joined EasyVista this year in July and provides remote support for users. Additionally, ServiceNav joined EasyVista in October and creates a 360-degree view of all IT infrastructure and services to create an IT weather report. Together, this essentially allows IT leaders to not only monitor IT software and infrastructure to predict and prevent downtime, but it also allows the IT service desk to resolve those problems remotely without needing to involve customers.
EasyVista's co-founder & CEO, Sylvain Gauthier, was joined by co-founder and COO Jamal Labed, along with CRO Patrice Barbedette for a discussion on the future of innovation for the company.
This year, EasyVista customers worked to shift from reactive to proactive service delivery and took the skills they learned during the pandemic to refine the user experience.
EasyVista customers including the American Red Cross, VerisVisalign, LifeBee, Nassau County School, Bial, and others shared insights on their recent achievements focusing on how to maximize the value of the EasyVista platform.
Furthermore, attendees could peruse the virtual expo hall to network with EasyVista partners and fellow attendees.
The opportunities to connect didn’t end there. The EV Tech Lab enabled customers to virtually meet with a senior EasyVista Professional Services Consultant or Senior Technical Support Analyst to discuss design and configuration topics, integrations, best practices, and more.
