What is EasyStart for Service Manager?

EasyStart is a fixed-price, fixed-scope option to get EasyVista Service Manager installed, configured, and live quickly for your organization. It’s an out-of-the-box solution that includes standard Incident, Request, and a Self-Service portal for internal service desks. The EasyStart package also includes EV Foundations, which provides full documentation for each of the in-scope processes, plus access to ITIL 4 Foundations and other courses at no additional cost.  Add-on options are available for Asset, Knowledge and Change processes.
