It’s an out-of-the-box solution that includes standard Incident, Request, and a Self-Service portal for internal service desks. The EasyStart package also includes EV Foundations, which provides full documentation for each of the in-scope processes, plus access to ITIL 4 Foundations and other courses at no additional cost. Add-on options are available for Asset, Knowledge and Change processes.

The EasyVista Assessment is a detailed assessment of the technical environment, system design, and business intelligence of your Service Manager implementation, while reviewing how the system is used by your user community.
The multi-point system health check is a review between the EasyVista Professional Services team and your System Administrators of the current configuration to identify any areas that are misconfigured or could be improved.
