What is EasyStart for Self Help?

EasyStart is a fixed-price, fixed-scope option to get EasyVista Self Help installed, configured, and live quickly.  The package includes the onboarding of your IT staff on the basic functionality of EasyVista Self Help so they can actively participate in design workshops and can configure knowledge flows on their own. EasyVista works with your team to identify the top ten knowledge flows and helps implement them. Add-ons are available for advanced training and advanced integrations.

EasyStart Base Package

  • SaaS production instance setup in CMC
  • Two-day hands-on system admin training course
  • Discovery and requirements workshop
  • Identify top ten (10) knowledge flows to deflect service desk tickets
  • Integrations with Service Manager, AD and/or SSO for interaction with Service Manager and authentication
  • Configure and test ten (10) knowledge flows
  • SafetyNet support handoff

Add-On Packages

Advanced Training Package
  • Advanced system admin training beyond the initial two-day course
  • After the customer’s team has some experience under their belt, they will benefit from additional in-depth training on more advanced topics
Advanced Integrations Package
  • Integration to a third-party system
  • Additional design workshop focused on integration
  • Configure and test advance knowledge flow using the integration to the third-party system

The EasyVista Assessment is a detailed assessment of the technical environment, system design, and business intelligence of your Service Manager implementation, while reviewing how the system is used by your user community.

Multi-Point System Health Check

The multi-point system health check is a review between the EasyVista Professional Services team and your System Administrators of the current configuration to identify any areas that are misconfigured or could be improved.

Multi-Point Process Health Check

The multi-point process health check for a single process to review. For example, an ITIL expert will complete a full review of system processes for Service Catalog.

On-Premises Monitoring & Diagnostics

This service provides a monitoring tool used to capture and diagnose system performance issues in your environment.
